What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you aren’t satisfied, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We apologize for the trouble! Please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging and email it to support@rowdywears.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the incorrect product.
